What
Chess lessons and activities with experienced chess instructors. During the teaching periods, small breaks will be included which will be filled with physical and social activity. The meeting is intended for children of primary and secondary school age. We will have groups both for those who are complete beginners and for those who have played a lot before. In other words, you don't need to have any chess experience to participate.
Where
Jåtten Skole (C Building)
Ordfører Askelandsgate 11, Stavanger.
Entrance: by the drama hall.
Access: Buses run at frequent intervals from Stavanger and Sandnes, stopping right by the school, that it is also possible to take a local train, stop Jåtten station. Please note that there is some road work in progress the immediate area.
When
Monday 24.06 to Friday 28.06 from 08.30 till 16.00
Cost
1250 kr per child for the whole week (5 days) or 250 kr per day.
Groups
The participants are divided into roughly equal-sized groups according to age and playing strength. Each group gets skilled instructors who are responsible for both teaching and other activities.
